I highly recommend Maria Aaraas to be your real estate agent! She is highly knowledgable and available to you. She made every step of the process go seamlessly. When we saw houses with her, she would point out the features of the house that we needed to be aware of in the long run (electrical, gas/oil, etc). It was just the fluff of the house which we greatly appreciated. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and were unaware of some of the processes. Maria was always available to answer questions, no question was off the table! Even if she didn’t know the answer, she would seek out the answer for us! We felt secure in Maria being our realtor. Even up to closing and beyond, she has been an incredible resource! She is also very thoughtful, going above and beyond gifting us new home decor and including our dog. That is never expected, but truly appreciated when the home buying process can be so taxing on you. It’s nice to know our realtor has our back and best interests at heart!
